Application Technique:

Use eyeliner brush #9 or an angled brush with firm bristles.

Dip brush into creme eyeliner lightly, you only need a small amount.

Apply to lashline by pressing the brush into the lashline, rather than sliding.

Apply product to:Outer 1/3 of upper and lower lashline, then smudge with q-tip to 1/2.
